3:03 Certification is judicially authorized certification
that allows students, under the supervision of attorneys,
to provide needed legal services to indigent persons.
Students receive practical insight into the practice
of law while serving as unpaid assistants to state
or local government offices or with the Committee
for Public Counsel Services.
Requirements: Completion of all first year courses,
Evidence, and Case Preparation and Strategy.
